With tolerances of +/- 0.25mm on material up to 30mm thick we are capable of producing parts to finished requirements.More importantly we can provide a valuble service in the removal of material from thick plate or block, greatly reducing the time required for machining. Allowing the retention of the off cut material so it can be used to produce other parts instead of being turned into sward scrap with low salvage value.Our customers come from a broad spectrum of industry sectors covering Defense, Aerospace, Petro chemical, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing + Rail.

Interiors

Kitchen fitters and tilers regularly use our services to assist in cutting the profiles for tile cut outs and worktops etc. Interior designers are assisted in the production of furniture and commissioned artworks.

With the demise of mass production locally in this sector, the emphasis has switched to rapid prototype development. At Aquajet we use the latest 3 dimensional CAD package (Solid Edge) to open the files sent to produce part profile images for cutting and can produce finished profile parts quickly and accurately, helping the customer maintain tight deadline requirement. With our in house machine shop we can not only profile but carry out other operations allowing us to supply into customers finished parts, thus speeding up the production process.  Industry sector materials regularly cut include Aluminium, Tooling plate. Mild steel, Stainless steel, Titanium, Copper, Brass, Bronze, Carbon Fibre.

With the use of our pure water head we cut softer materials. This is done on expanded foam packaging to give a good clean edge cut allowing the snug fitment of parts requiring safe storage and transportation.
